Pizza


Ingredients
1 ½ cups            Warm water
1 pack               Dry yeast(2 ¼ teaspoon)
3 ½ cups           Flour
2 tablespoon     Olive oil
2 teaspoon        Salt
1 teaspoon        Sugar
                                                     
                       
Directions
Put warm water to a large bowl and sprinkle the yeast, sit for 5 min until dissolve it well.
Mix olive oil, flour, salt, and sugar on low speed about 1 min, then mix it with the yeast mixture  low to medium about 10 min. Sprinkle flour it the dough is too wet.
Place ball of dough in a lightly olive oil coated bowl. Cove it with a plastic wrap and sit down in a warm place (0ven 150 ˚F is a nice warm place) until it size is double about 1 ½ hours.
Then if you need freeze the dough
Place a pizza stone on a pre-heated 450˚F oven
Remove the wrap, punch the dough dive into ½. Form two balls place its own bowl sit 10 min.
Make two ½” thick   10-12” diameter dough and keep to relax for 5 min.

Topping it with third a cup a tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables, and then bake it.
