Butter Cake
Ingredients
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½
teaspoon Salt
1 cups Unsalted butter
1 ¾ cups Sugar
4 Large eggs
2
teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
1 cup Milk
Directions
- Pre-heat oven for 350˚F with two pans(equal size of two different sizes ) speared with oil papers.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix butter with an electric mixture in a large bowl until well farm and then add sugar and continue mixing. After that add eggs one by one with flour mixture, finally add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Then pour the mixture equally into pans and place in the oven for about 30 min.
Fondant
Ingredients
6 cups(1 1/2 pound) Powdered Sugar (Icing sugar)
7 cups(3/4 pound) Mini marshmallows
2 tablespoon Water
1/2 cups Shortening
Directions
First place the marshmallows on a big enough glass bowl and add the water to it. Then microwave it for 30 seconds and stir it with a wooden spoon, microwave it so forth so on until melt all by stirring time to time.it will take about 3 min to dissolve all marshmallows.
Then add the powdered sugar to it and mix it with a wooden spoon if you wish to add colours add in this point and continue mixing and make a dough. Place the dough on to shortening touched counter. Then mix the dough by shortening touched hands until everything mix well. It will take about 10 min.
